i-Bit, Torsion Bits

i-Bits are made of S2 alloy steel, hard, durable and ideal for any electric drill or power screwdriver. Overall length is 30 mm with 1/4” hex shank.
The plastic collar design with a variety of colors makes it easier for users to install or remove bits in operation and enables users to recognize / find the right bit size. Proper heat treatment provides long life under constant use.

i-Bits are suitable for every work, whether you are attaching them by hand, using a regular low torque drill, or a high torque impact driver. i-Bits are more expensive than standard ones. It works best and lasts the longest when used with a high-torque impact driver.
i-Bits frequently break and strip under the pressure of strong drills. i-Bits have undergone extensive study to improve the quality of the steel and harden the tip and body of the bit. A bit with a strong, wear-resistant tip and a core body piece that flexes somewhat to withstand the abrupt torque surges produced by current impact drivers. Without cracking, the torsion bit can sustain abrupt high torque jolts.
i-Bits, on the other hand, is similar to a willow tree in that it is flexible, bends with the wind, and returns to its former shape.
